DX52D Galvanized Sheet
DX52D Galvanized Sheet is a low-carbon and high-strength steel commonly used in the manufacturing sector. It is manufactured by cold-rolling and further galvanizes these sheets by dipping them in zinc. This process creates a uniform zinc coating on both sides, typically ranging from 40-600 g/m2. Due to its cold-rolled processing, DX52D exhibits good ductility, allowing it to be molded into different shapes. This quality makes it ideal for roofing panels, ventilation ducts, appliance enclosures, and cladding. Being a low-carbon steel, only 0.12% of carbon is present in the DX52D Galvanized Sheet. These sheets vary in both thicknesses and widths ranging from 0.1-6.5mm to 1000-1500mm respectively. They also exhibit good structural integrity due to mechanical properties encompassing tensile strength and elongation of 270-370MPa & 26pc. The zinc coating offers superior corrosion resistance in harsh and moist environments. The surface finishes can also be customized with different options like regular spangle, minimum spangle, and zero spangle. Unlike stainless steel, these sheets are an economical option while maintaining high quality and performance.
