Q345B Galvanized Sheet is a robust building material that combines the strength of low-alloy steel with zinc coating. The Zinc Coating on the steel sheet is typically applied through a hot-dip galvanizing process by dipping the sheets into the molten zinc bath. Q345B Galvanized Sheet comes in a variety of thicknesses ranging between 1.2mm to 16mm tailored to your intended application. The chemical composition of sheets includes carbon (<0.20%), sulfur (<0.035%), silicon (<0.50%), manganese (1.00%-1.60%), and phosphorus (<0.035%). The surface finish of these sheets can be smooth or slightly textured. The sheet widths can vary between 1m-1.5m and length reaching up to 12m with the customized size options. The zinc coating with the size of 275-600g/m2 acts as a barrier, protecting the steel from rust and extending its longevity & suitability for construction needs.
