G550 Galvanized Sheet is a cold-rolled and high-strength sheet that is galvanized with zinc coating through a hot-dipping process. G550 Galvanized Sheet is composed of a carbon steel base with zinc coating, complemented by small amounts of other elements. The chemical composition of the steel sheet includes Carbon (0.10-0.25%), sulfur (0.03%), phosphorus ( 0.04%), Manganese (0.30%), Silicon (0.03%), and Aluminum (0.01%). G550 sheets come in a variety of thicknesses and widths varying from 0.12mm to 1.5mm & 600mm-1250mm respectively. The length of these sheets can be customized based on the requirements of the project. The surfaces of these sheets are finished with different treatments such as chromating and oiling to enhance the appearance and performance.
