DX51D Galvanized Sheet
DX51D Galvanized Sheet is a low-carbon sheet that undergoes the galvanized process of zinc coating, offering exceptional resistance against moisture. With the low carbon content of 1.10% comes the high formability. Resultantly, these sheets can be molded and folded in different configurations. The steel grade can be welded by using common techniques. Given the properties of this galvanized sheet, it can be used in the construction industry (roofing, gutters, and wall panels), automotive (chassis components, body panels, and exhaust systems), appliances, and general manufacturing ( furniture & the HVAC system).

Beyond its corrosion protection, the DX51D Galvanized Sheet comes with other attractive features. These sheets come in a diverse range of thicknesses of 0.3mm-3.0mm and width of 600mm-1500mm. Depending upon the thickness of the sheets, elongation varies between 20-22% with a yield strength of 140-300MPa. Additionally, DX51D offers different spangle finishes that are created by the zinc crystallization on the surface. A minimized spangle gives a smoother appearance as compared to a regular spangle, giving a classic galvanized look to the sheets. These sheets strike a significant balance between durability, cost-effectiveness, and formability and also international quality standards.
