DX51D Galvanized Coil
DX51D Galvanized Coil is a high-performance steel coil, versatile in wide applications in various industries. It holds high resistance to corrosion and goes through a hot dip galvanizing process whereby a zinc coat is applied to protect the steel from rust and environmental wear. The layers of this Galvanized Coil are between 30 and 275g/m² thick and are extremely durable and resistant to corrosion under severe conditions. The bonding between the zinc layer and the steel is strong and metallurgically very strong, further enhancing its strength and durability.

Chemically, the DX51D Galvanized Coil consists of its main constituents, which are Carbon at 0.18% and manganese at 0.70-1.20%, with Sulfur and Phosphorus in minor quantities, which will yield excellent mechanical performance. The coil has a tensile strength of 270-500MPa and elongation of about 20-25%, hence, the shape of the product can be easily shaped and formed into the products of various forms without its structural integrity being compromised. With a density of 7.85g/cm³, DX51D has adequate strength and flexibility for a wide range of manufacturing processes.
