SGCC Galvanized Sheet
SGCC Galvanized Sheet is a mild steel coated with zinc through the process of galvanization. The coating of zinc on the surface of steel sheets enhances its corrosion resistance. The steel sheets are galvanized by using the method of hot dipping, by continuously dipping the sheets into a molten zinc bath at the temperature of 500℃. Resultantly, the Galvanized Sheet has good weldability and coating adhesive properties. They are widely used in agriculture, automotive, appliances, building, and general fabrication sectors. Moreover, their utilities are also used for making cold-working metal articles including fence peach columns, shutter doors, light steel keels, and other metal products.

The chemical composition of the SGCC Galvanized Sheet contains carbon(0.15%), sulfur (0.045%), phosphorus (0.05%), and manganese (0.80%). These steel sheets come in a wide range of thicknesses, typically between 0.14mm and 2.5mm, and widths ranging from 600mm to 1250mm. Moreover, the zinc coating weight also varies between 60-275 g/m2 with different coating types like regular spangle, zero spangles & minimized spangle. These sheets also contain the yield and tensile strength of 205MPa & 270MPa respectively. With the compliance of high international standards, these sheets ensure high quality and consistency.
